In my Acknowledgements in Holy Grail Across the Atlantic I wrote (page 3):
Keith Atkinson's psychic 'reading' of maps of Nova Scotia resulted in an intriguing idea that early settlements, and possibly locations of buried religious or metallic treasures, might be arranged in the shape of a 'Maltese Cross' with the village I have called 'The Cross' at its centre. Only excavation will support the validity of this extremely provocative view of the entire complex, or discard it, but it is a 'vision' (if that is the correct psychic term) that might prove to be of importance to organizations like Triton Alliance Ltd;. which are apparently focussed on just one aspect of a much larger mystery. Thank You, Keith Micheal Bradley, author of THE ICEMAN INHERITANCE; THE HOLY GRAIL ACROSS THE ATLANTIC; GRAIL KNIGHTS IN NORTH AMERICA; SWORDS AT SUNSET; and many other books, had this to say about Keith's abilities. As anyone who knows me (including Keith) will readily agree, I have never had much confidence in Psychic revelations. Therefore, I didn't follow up this line of research in 1988 with HOLY GRAIL ACROSS ATLANTIC. This may have cost me a great deal of work during the tens years of research leading to GRAIL KNIGHTS OF NORTH AMERICA, published in 1998, because I now suspect that Keith could have identified places where there were artifacts to be be discovered. In fact, this remains a viable possibility (come to think about it!) However, I relied instead upon the more or less random discoveries of others until I (finally) realized that the locations of these artifacts fell into a pattern. My failure to follow up on Keith Atkinson's sacred geometry also cost Keith some income. Other writers, reading the above lines in HOLY GRAIL ACROSS THE ATLANTIC, Keith's insight and used it for their own purposes. Naively, I inadvertently assisted with this "borrowing" on at least one occasion. In 1992 or 1993, and thinking that I was talking with a sincere research, I showed William F. Mann some of Keith's rough drawings that Keith had done for me relating to HOLY GRAIL ACROSS THE ATLANTIC. Bill Mann requested photocopies of these drawing and I supplied them. I then lost contact with Bill Man. About six years later in 1998 or 1999, I learned to my surprise (in London, England) that Bill Mann had published THE LABYRINTH OF THE GRAIL and was enjoying some success and fame with this book. When I looked at Mann's diagrams, I was horrified. They were just like Keith Atkinson's drawing that I had shown to Bill Mann years earlier. Although Bill Mann liberally mentioned me in his THE LABYRINTH OF THE GRAIL, he did not acknowledge Keith Atkinson's previous and nearly identical sacred geometry. Mann claimed that his inspiration had come from his childhood memories of a Masonic ring on his grandfather's (or great uncle's?) finger. This ring had borne the sacred geometry that was later to inspire Bill Mann's research. Yeah, right. Since this alleged ring was buried with its alleged owner, it is not available to challenge Mann's assertions. Using this material "borrowed" from Keith Atkinson - and adding very little to it except some garbled and inarticulate scribbling that included many referenced to knowing Michael Bradley - Bill Mann sought out wealthy Sinclair descendants in London to try to promote a scheme of treasure hunting on Nova Scotia land owned by his wife's family. Indeed, Niven Sinclair in London gave me my first copy of THE LABYRINTH OF THE GRAIL and asked for my advice. It was: Buyer beware. Bill Mann then promoted himself sufficiently to be a guest on the Art Bell Show. Listeners beware. Keith Atkinson should have had these opportunities because the original and true psychic insight or revelation had been his many, many years earlier. And also as I told Niven Sinclair by letter in late 1999, he would have been much better off to trust Keith Atkinson's sense of integrity. I hope that Keith's work in this area of sacred geometry will someday be financially rewarded by wealthy Grail-seekers like Niven Sinclair. I have several times recommended that the Sinclair's should employ Keith both in Nova Scotia and at Roslin in Scotland. They would have a better chance of finding something with Keith's genuine gifts than with Bill Mann's diagrams. A true psychic could have a better chance of pinning down artifacts in any given general region indicated by the sacred geometry (which was Keith's anyway.). In conclusion, Keith, thanks for teaching me that genuine psychic abilities can lead to valuable discoveries, and also for reaching me (the hard way) to distinguish between sincere and committed psychics with integrity... and the many charlatans out there.
